GMIT Project

Galway Mayo Institute of Technology

Roche Manufacturing (Roco) of Mountbellew, Co. Galway have supplied and installed a multiple solar thermal system to Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT).

The system comprising multi manufacturers vacuum tube and flat panels was supplied by Solarhouse Ireland Ltd.

Roche Manufacturing designed and supplied a very flexible roof mounting bracket for infinite angle adjustment.

The GMIT solar thermal research and characterisation facility is being established to test the performance (efficiency, durability, stability, etc.) of solar thermal equipment.

Galway Mayo Institute of Technology
